Morgan, the founder, has been a tour guide in Conwy for thirteen years. Five years ago, Conwy History expanded to covers all historical sites in North Wales. She is a qualified teacher with both a degree and a master's in History, and she collaborates with various local organisations to promote local history.

She serves as the treasurer for the History of Deganwy Group, is an Associate Fellow at the Royal Historical Society,  an Associate Member of the Walled Towns Friendship Circle, while also working with the Outreach department for the British Association of Local History.
